The second-highest of the White Knob Mountains' four 11,000-foot summits, usually climbed together with neighboring Shelly, Lime, and Cabin Mountain.
Redbird Mountain sits on the same White Knob divide as Shelly Mountain and is most often climbed as part of a ridge traverse linking all four of the range's 11ers, approached via Antelope Pass from the south/east or Corral Creek Road from the west.
